Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients across industries using online platforms, databases, and market insights.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Build, maintain, and update lead databases and ensure accuracy in the CRM.
Nurture leads by sharing relevant information and qualifying them for handover to the sales team.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on lead-generation campaigns and strategies.
Track, measure, and report weekly/monthly performance of lead-generation efforts.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to improve outreach.
Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in Lead Generation / Business Development / Inside Sales.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Ability to research, identify, and qualify leads across different sectors.
Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and using LinkedIn for prospecting.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-tracking systems.
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to sales growth.
Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office.
