Designation: Lead Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients across industries using online platforms, databases, and market insights.

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

  • Build, maintain, and update lead databases and ensure accuracy in the CRM.

  • Nurture leads by sharing relevant information and qualifying them for handover to the sales team.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on lead-generation campaigns and strategies.

  • Track, measure, and report weekly/monthly performance of lead-generation efforts.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to improve outreach.

Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of experience in Lead Generation / Business Development / Inside Sales.

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

  • Ability to research, identify, and qualify leads across different sectors.

  • Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and using LinkedIn for prospecting.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-tracking systems.

  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to sales growth.

  • Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office.
