About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented female candidate to join our Business Development team as a Management Trainee. This role requires close working & interaction with the CEO and top management.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation, outreach, and scheduling meetings with potential clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in B2B sales, business development, marketing or client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, research, and connect with potential clients.
Send personalized connection requests and messages to prospects.
Follow up diligently with prospects and address inquiries from potential clients.
Maintain daily outreach and follow-up targets.
Initiate outbound calls to potential leads and schedule meetings for the CEO.
Update and manage lead data in CRM tools or Excel sheets.
Support the team with market research, business development and database building activities.
Stay updated on Qualitas Global’s products, services, and industry developments.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation or business development.
Strong written communication skills and professional LinkedIn etiquette.
Expert in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools.
Organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Female candidates preferred.
