Job Role & Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential businesses via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media

• Pitch Pixel Box Studios’ services clearly and professionally

• Generate qualified leads and close deals

• Fix appointments and speak with decision-makers

• Regular follow-ups and lead tracking

• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding

Targets & Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month

• Monthly Target: Minimum 10 clients

• Incentives:

  • Paid on every client closed above the target

  • No cap on incentives

💰 Higher performance = higher earnings.

Requirements

• Good communication skills (English / Hindi / Marathi)

• Comfortable with outbound calling and WhatsApp conversations

• Basic understanding of social media & digital marketing services

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Sales or lead generation experience is a plus (not mandatory)
