Job Description

Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – IT Staff Augmentation (International Market)

 Working Days: Monday to Friday

 Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

 Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in IT staff augmentation (preferably targeting  international markets)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Generation Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the IT staff augmentation domain, specifically focusing on international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building a qualified lead pipeline, and contributing directly to our global growth strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead Research & Identification

·         Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients in need of IT staff augmentation services.

·         Utilize LinkedIn, online directories, databases, and other tools to source contact information and pre-qualify leads.

 

Outbound Outreach

·         Initiate contact with prospects through personalized emails, cold calls, LinkedIn messages, and other outreach channels.

·         Effectively communicate WeAssemble’s value proposition and initiate meaningful conversations.

 

Pipeline Management

·         Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

·         Maintain accurate records of lead activities and status updates in CRM tools.

·         Collaboration with Sales Teams Coordinate with the sales team to seamlessly hand over qualified leads.

·         Assist in preparing client proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations.

 

Campaign Development

·         Contribute to the planning and execution of targeted lead generation campaigns.

·         Analyze and report on campaign performance to inform future strategies.

 

Networking

·         Represent WeAssemble at relevant webinars, conferences, and networking events to identify opportunities and build relationships.

 

Key Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation within the IT staff augmentation industry, preferably targeting international markets.

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and lead sourcing platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
