Generate new client/vendor leads for bench candidates.
Identify potential employers, vendors, implementation partners, and staffing companies.
Conduct LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong client/vendor relationships.
Coordinate with vendors for candidate submissions.
Maintain lead databases and track outreach activities.
Work with recruiters and sales teams to increase placements.
Achieve daily and weekly lead-generation targets.
✅ 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
1+ year of experience in US IT Staffing / Bench Sales / Lead Generation
Knowledge of the US staffing and recruitment market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, email marketing, and CRM tools
Strong lead-generation and follow-up skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
