Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and motivated Lead Generation Executive to generate and qualify leads through digital platforms, manage CRM data, and support marketing analytics. The ideal candidate will use SEO, social media optimization, and CRM tools like Zoho and SAP ERP to enhance our online presence and maintain accurate data.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Generate and qualify leads through social media platforms, SEO efforts and online campaigns.
· Must have prior knowledge of CRM software (Zoho, SAP, ERP) and be capable of training other employees on its usage.
· Prepare and maintain MIS reports on lead generation, campaign performance, and marketing analytics regularly.
· Ensure data is entered and recorded properly and timely within CRM and ERP systems.
· Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
· Execute social media optimization campaigns to boost brand visibility and lead acquisition.
· Proactively plan and execute digital marketing campaigns in line with business objectives.
· Engage leads via emails, calls, and messaging apps (WhatsApp) for follow-ups.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
· 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation and CRM usage.
· Strong working knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Zoho, SAP, ERP) and experience in MIS reporting.
· Understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
· Knowledge of social media optimization techniques for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
· Ability to track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics or Zoho Analytics.
· Skilled in accurate data entry, reporting, and maintaining records within CRM/ERP systems.
· Capable of planning and executing digital campaigns aligned with business goals.
