Job Description

Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through online tools, databases, social media, and outbound strategies

  • Generate qualified leads via email campaigns, cold outreach, LinkedIn, calls, and inbound channels

  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems

  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass high-quality prospects to the sales team

  • Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance and conversion metrics

  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and messaging

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in lead generation

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)

  • Strong research and data analysis skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and digital marketing

  • Experience with email outreach tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • B2B or B2C lead generation experience

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
