Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Research and identify potential leads through online tools, databases, social media, and outbound strategies
Generate qualified leads via email campaigns, cold outreach, LinkedIn, calls, and inbound channels
Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass high-quality prospects to the sales team
Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance and conversion metrics
Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and messaging
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in lead generation
Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
Strong research and data analysis skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic understanding of sales funnels and digital marketing
Experience with email outreach tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
B2B or B2C lead generation experience
Knowledge of marketing automation tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
