We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Lead Generation Executive to connect with doctors using the provided database, identify their insurance needs, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. The role focuses on initiating conversations, building initial trust, and generating high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
Call doctors from the provided database and initiate professional conversations
Understand their current insurance status (Professional Indemnity, Health, Motor)
Identify interested prospects based on need and intent
Clearly communicate value proposition and key benefits
Qualify leads based on defined criteria
Schedule appointments or callbacks for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and lead status in CRM
Follow up with prospects who showed initial interest
Achieve daily and weekly call and lead generation targets
Key Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in speaking with professionals (doctors)
Basic understanding of sales and lead qualification
Ability to handle objections and build trust quickly
Good listening and questioning skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, or sales is a plus
Experience in insurance, healthcare, or B2B calling will be an advantage
Strong discipline and target-oriented mindset
Professional and polite approach while speaking with doctors
