Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive with hands-on experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and similar lead sourcing tools. The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality leads to support the real estate sales team and drive consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate targeted leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms

  • Research and identify potential buyers, investors, brokers, and channel partners

  • Build and manage lead lists based on project type, location, and customer profile

  • Execute outbound outreach via calls, LinkedIn messages, emails, and WhatsApp

  • Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, timeline, and buying intent

  • Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in CRM systems

  • Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team

  • Follow up consistently to nurture leads through the sales funnel

  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion quality

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification

  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or pre-sales (real estate preferred)

  • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and lead databases

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

  • Strong follow-up, negotiation, and objection-handling skills

  • Target-driven and performance-focused mindset

Preferred Skills

  • Experience sourcing HNI, NRI, or investor leads

  • Knowledge of property portals (99acres, Magicbricks, Housing.com)

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign-based leads

  • Ability to work with Excel/Google Sheets for lead tracking
