Role Summary:
We are looking for a Lead Generation / Telemarketing Executive to generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and other outreach methods. The role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline by identifying potential customers and coordinating with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads via cold calling and follow-ups.
Introduce company products/services to potential clients.
Maintain accurate lead data and reports.
Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to sales.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass.
6+ months experience in lead generation/telemarketing (US calling preferred).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
