Lead Generation Executive

Required Skills:

·         Qualification: (10+2)

·         Experience: : 1-3 years in B2B lead generation, data mining, or market research (preferably in building materials, construction, or manufacturing industries).

·         Salary: 2.5LPA to 3.5LPA

·         Shift: Day Shift (10am to 7pm)

·         Working Days: 6 Days a week (Sunday Fixed Week-Off)

·         Location: HSR Layout (Bangalore)

·         Languages: English and Hindi mandatory

·         Immediate Joining

Key Skills

• Identify and collect potential B2B leads (builders, contractors, retailers, architects, procurement teams).

• Use data scraping, LinkedIn, business directories, industry reports, and market databases to generate leads.

• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information, including company size, contact details, and business requirements.

• Verify lead quality through email verification, phone validation, and company background checks.

• Work closely with the inside sales team to prioritize high-value prospects.

• Assist in creating targeted email campaigns and outreach strategies for lead nurturing.

·         Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets

• Coordinate with the sales & marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
