We are looking for Lead Generation / Business Development Executives to help our creative and marketing agency acquire new clients.

Your job is simple: find potential clients, reach out to them, pitch our services, follow up and convert them into paying clients.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role. There is NO fixed salary.

Your earnings are directly based on the clients you successfully bring and convert.

• Earn commission for every successfully converted client

• ₹25,000+ per month is achievable based on performance

• There is no upper limit on your earnings

• The more clients you bring in, the more you earn

• Commission is paid once the client successfully makes payment to the agency

A strong performer can earn well above ₹25,000/month.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients

• Generate leads through Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, cold calling, email and other channels

• Reach out to business owners, founders and decision-makers

• Pitch our creative, branding, marketing and digital services

• Understand client requirements and identify opportunities

• Follow up with prospects consistently

• Coordinate with the internal team during proposals and closing

• Convert prospects into paying clients

• Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups and conversions

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers

• Comfortable with cold outreach and sales

• Self-driven and target-oriented

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

• Previous sales, lead generation or business development experience is a plus

• Freshers with strong communication and confidence are welcome

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
