Key Responsibilities
Core Objective: Build a highly reliable supply pipeline of blue-collar/grey-collar service experts (cleaners, cook, etc.) through hyper-local ground hunting.
Source candidates for House Help / maids, Cooks, Cleaners, Drivers, and other domestic workforce categories
Conduct field sourcing, referrals, and community/network-based lead generation
Support candidate screening, documentation, and onboarding processes
Coordinate with operations teams to fulfil workforce requirements
Maintain sourcing records and daily activity reports
Help achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets
