About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join the Mahindra Lead Generation Process. The role involves connecting with potential customers, generating qualified leads, and passing them on to the sales team for further conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Share product details and offers related to Mahindra vehicles/services.

Generate qualified leads and update CRM systems accurately.

Follow-up on warm leads and maintain customer engagement.

Meet daily/weekly lead generation targets and KPIs.

Ensure excellent customer experience while handling queries.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.

Freshers & experienced candidates welcome.

Good communication skills in Hindi/English/Regional language.

Basic computer knowledge & ability to handle CRM tools.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
