Job Description

DrowDigital is a growing digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, and AI-driven marketing solutions. We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team and help us identify, qualify, and convert potential clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media outreach, and online research.

  • Develop and maintain a database of potential clients in target industries.

  • Qualify leads based on company’s service offerings and client requirements.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to convert qualified leads into opportunities.

  • Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with potential clients.

  • Maintain CRM records and track progress of leads through the sales pipeline.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and competitor activities.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation / inside sales (preferably in digital marketing or IT services).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal).

  • Knowledge of digital marketing services like SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Web Development is a plus.

  • Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar lead-gen platforms.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
