Job Description

Bhaveshwar Group is looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize lead generation campaigns for our real estate projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Facebook & Instagram Ads, and a proven track record of generating high-quality leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, run, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead campaigns.

  • Monitor performance and improve CPL and conversion rates.

  • Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Meta Ads (real estate preferred).

  • Strong understanding of targeting, ad creatives, and analytics.

  • Must have own laptop/PC and internet connection.

  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup (office + remote).
