At Beetroot Digital Marketing, we’re a results-driven digital marketing agency that helps brands grow through performance marketing, content strategy, and creative excellence. We’re looking for a Lead Generation Executive who can identify and engage potential clients, nurturing them into qualified leads for our business team.
Research, identify, and generate new business opportunities through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, CRM tools, and databases).
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Understand client needs and align them with the company’s services (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Branding, Web Development, etc.).
Execute outreach strategies using email marketing, cold calling, and social platforms to engage potential clients.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
Track, measure, and report lead generation metrics using CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (6months–3 years) in lead generation or business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal).
Familiarity with lead generation tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, or similar.
Proficient in using CRM systems and Excel/Google Sheets for data management.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, PPC, Email Marketing, etc.) is a plus.
