Job Description

At Beetroot Digital Marketing, we’re a results-driven digital marketing agency that helps brands grow through performance marketing, content strategy, and creative excellence. We’re looking for a Lead Generation Executive who can identify and engage potential clients, nurturing them into qualified leads for our business team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, and generate new business opportunities through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, CRM tools, and databases).

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

  • Understand client needs and align them with the company’s services (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Branding, Web Development, etc.).

  • Execute outreach strategies using email marketing, cold calling, and social platforms to engage potential clients.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.

  • Track, measure, and report lead generation metrics using CRM tools.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (6months–3 years) in lead generation or business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal).

  • Familiarity with lead generation tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, or similar.

  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Excel/Google Sheets for data management.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, PPC, Email Marketing, etc.) is a plus.
