In this role, you will assist in creating and executing targeted email marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our business. Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
 Conduct research to identify potential B2B clients and key decision-makers within target industries.
 Build and maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of email contacts.
 Create compelling and personalized email content to engage recipients and drive conversions.
 Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click through rates, response rates).
 Optimize email campaigns based on performance data and industry best practices.
 Assist in the segmentation of email lists to ensure tailored messaging for different audience segments.
 Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align email marketing strategies with overall lead generation goals.

Qualifications:
 Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
 Basic understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:
 Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems. Understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes.
 Experience with lead generation tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
 Previous experience in a sales or marketing role is a plus.
