Role Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, and other outbound channels
• Execute LinkedIn marketing & outbound lead generation campaigns
• Research target companies and decision-makers
• Create personalized outreach messages and follow-up sequences
• Generate qualified sales opportunities and book meetings
• Manage and nurture client relationships
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline updates
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets


Required Qualifications:

• Experience in LinkedIn lead generation & social selling
• Proficiency in email marketing and cold calling
• Strong communication & client relationship management skills
• Ability to analyze data and identify business opportunities
• Experience using CRM tools
• Strong organizational & time-management skills
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset
