Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in generating high-quality B2B leads, handling the end-to-end sales process, and utilizing multiple lead generation platforms to drive business growth in the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, Freelancer, and other lead generation tools.
Handle the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to client communication, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closure.
Identify and target potential clients in domestic and international markets.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Create personalized outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Business Development and technical teams.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or IT Sales.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, Freelancer, and other lead generation platforms.
Strong understanding of the IT services sales process.
Experience in handling the complete sales lifecycle.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Familiarity with AI-powered sales and lead generation tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in an IT service-based company.
Proven track record of generating qualified leads and converting them into business opportunities.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Indore-based candidates are preferred.
