Sales & Store Executive – Bandbox Launderers & Cleaners Private Limited

We are looking for a fresher / entry-level Sales & Store Executive to join our team at Bandbox Launderers & Cleaners Private Limited. This is a combination of in-store and field work. The candidate will assist customers at the store, handle customer enquiries and orders, and also undertake field visits for picking up clothes from customers and delivering them after processing.

The candidate should be able to ride a bike, have basic communication skills, and possess a basic knowledge of written English. No prior experience is required, and training will be provided.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 in hand + performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers at the store and handle day-to-day customer enquiries.

• Coordinate and manage customer orders, pickups and deliveries.

• Visit customers in the assigned area for pickup and delivery of clothes as required.

• Ensure timely and safe collection and delivery of garments.

• Explain Bandbox's laundry and dry-cleaning services to customers.

• Identify and approach potential new customers in the local area.

• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.

• Follow up with customers and assist in generating repeat business.

• Maintain basic records of customer orders, pickups, deliveries and payments.

• Use a smartphone/WhatsApp for customer communication and order updates.

• Ensure professional, courteous and customer-friendly interaction at all times.

Job Requirements:

• 12th Pass or above.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Must be able to ride a two-wheeler/bike.

• Basic knowledge of written English.

• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.

• Should be responsible, punctual, presentable and customer-friendly.

• Basic smartphone/WhatsApp knowledge.

• Prior sales, retail or field experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

• Own two-wheeler is purely optional. A vehicle will not be mandatory for the position.

This is a mixed in-store and field-based role, with the candidate spending time both at the Bandbox store and visiting customers for pickups, deliveries and business development.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
