Key Sales Manager

We are looking for a Key Sales Manager to join our team at Propvisor. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibilities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹55,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

### Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through various sales and marketing channels.

2. Generate, manage, and convert prospective customer leads.

3. Connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable property solutions.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

5. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to drive conversions.

6. Negotiate with clients and successfully close business deals.

7. Prepare sales reports, track performance, and provide regular business updates to management.
