Identify, recruit, and onboard potential insurance advisors/partners.
Train and develop recruited advisors on product knowledge, sales processes, and soft skills.
Support and drive advisors to achieve sales targets.
Monitor advisor performance and ensure consistent activation and engagement.
Conduct regular meetings, joint fieldwork, and performance reviews with partners.
Achieve personal and team targets as per business plan.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers to ensure business continuity.
Ensure compliance with internal and IRDAI guidelines.
candidate profile :
Graduation in any Steam.
1–3 years of experience in direct sales, field sales, or recruitment roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking and influencing abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage a field-based team of partners.
