Key Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound lead follow-up through calls, emails, and CRM tools.

• Qualify leads and schedule site visits with the sales team.

• Explain project details, pricing, layouts, and USPs to potential customers.

• Coordinate and manage pre-sales documentation, including brochures, project proposals, and agreements.

• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure high-quality lead generation and campaign effectiveness.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support the sales strategy.

• Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools regularly.

• Provide regular reporting on pre-sales KPIs and conversion metrics.

• Support during project launches, events, and property exhibitions.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.
