To build and manage a high-performing team of insurance advisors to drive business growth through effective recruitment, training, and performance management.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard potential insurance advisors from the open market

• Provide product training and support to ensure successful certification (IRDAI)

• Drive insurance sales through your agent network and meet monthly business targets

• Monitor agent activity and guide them for consistent performance

• Build strong customer relationships to drive renewals and referrals

• Organize local marketing and awareness activities to support business development

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to motivate and lead a team

• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on targets

• Good knowledge of the local market

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
