Key Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation:

  • Sell life insurance products to customers through direct channels.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets assigned on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.

  • Provide excellent post-sales service and follow-ups.

• Lead Management:

  • Actively generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and cold calls.

  • Manage and follow up on leads provided by the branch or central team.

• Branch Coordination:

  • Work closely with the Branch Manager and other team members to support overall branch performance.

  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.

• Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
