Key Sales Manager

• Identify and onboard individual sales partners (life advisors, financial consultants, etc.).

• Guide partners on HDFC Life’s products and sales process.

• Drive regular engagement and motivation activities to keep partners active.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through partners.

• Conduct joint sales calls with partners to support customer conversions.

• Track partner performance, activation, and retention.

• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings.

• Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
  
  Candidate profile :
  Graduate in any Steam.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales , field sales, or recruit the FC.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong networking and influencing abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage a field-based team of partners.
