Job Description

We are looking for a Key Relationship Officer to join our team at at ADITYA BIRLA CAPITAL. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Role Overview:

Hiring target-driven sales professionals with strong experience in Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage to drive business through open market sourcing and channel partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Source Home Loan & LAP files via open market, DSAs, builders & connectors
Manage end-to-end process (Login to Disbursement)
Build strong DSA / Builder network in Mumbai market
Coordinate with Banks & NBFCs for quick approvals
Achieve monthly targets & revenue goals

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
