Position: Relationship Manager – Sales (SMB Team)

Salary: ₹21,000 + Travel Allowance + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire merchants and drive offline sales

• Expand distributor and retailer network in assigned area

• Maintain strong merchant relationships

• Follow daily beat plan and submit sales reports

Requirements:

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in banking sales, tele sales, or merchant acquisition

• Must have a bike and valid driving license

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass

• Age limit: Up to 38 years

• Experience from Fintech, Payment Banks, Telecom, or BFSI preferred (e.g., PhonePe, Paytm, BharatPe)

• Must understand Aadhaar-based payment systems (AEPS, DMT, mATM, CMS, etc.)
