The Key Relationship Manager (KRM) is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key partners, clients, or bank branches to drive business for HDFC Life. The KRM will work closely with internal teams and external partners to meet sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and ensure business growth through effective relationship management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned bank branches / partners / corporate clients.
Drive life insurance business through partner channels.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Provide product training and sales support to partner staff.
Resolve customer and partner queries promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and underwriting guidelines.
Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into business.
Maintain records of sales and customer interactions.
Candidate profile :
2 year any sales and marketing work experience.
Age : 22 to 39
Graduation any steam
