About Fair Investments
Established in 2008, Fair Investments serves clients across mutual funds, life insurance, health insurance and other financial products. We are expanding our team and looking for a relationship-oriented professional who can deliver excellent client service while contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
· Generate business through referrals, networking, client meetings and consistent follow-ups.
· Understand client requirements and coordinate appropriate financial-product solutions.
· Handle client servicing, policy renewals, pending documentation and service escalations.
· Coordinate mutual fund transactions and service requests in accordance with applicable processes and authorisations.
· Support eligible clients with requirements relating to term and health insurance, bonds, PMS, AIF, SIF and Loan Against Securities (LAS).
· Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate service.
· Maintain client records, follow-up schedules, meeting notes and daily activity reports.
· Work towards business and client-retention goals while maintaining high standards of integrity and compliance.
Candidate Requirements
· 3–5 years of relevant experience in banking, wealth management, mutual funds, insurance, broking or financial services.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and client-handling skills.
· Demonstrated ability to generate business and build long-term relationships.
· Strong follow-up habits, ownership and accountability.
· Basic MS Excel and computer skills.
