🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

✓ Graduate (any stream) with minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service

✓ MBA (any specialization) freshers are also welcome

✓ Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English

💰 Compensation Details:

✓ MBA Freshers: CTC up to ₹25,000/month | Take Home: ₹20,000/month

✓ Experienced Graduates: CTC up to ₹30,000/month | Take Home: ₹25,000/month

✓ Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,068

✓ Apprenticeship Stipend: ₹22,500/month for freshers | ₹27,000/month for experienced candidates

📌 About the Role:

This is a voice-based account management role focused on managing seller accounts on a leading e-commerce platform. You'll track order performance, understand why sellers may not be receiving orders, and help them take corrective actions. You will also support onboarding, respond to performance queries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

🧠 Key Responsibilities:

✓ Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with sellers

✓ Track seller order performance and maintain accurate records

✓ Identify reasons for low or no order flow and provide data-backed recommendations

✓ Assist sellers in improving listings, pricing, and platform visibility

✓ Guide sellers through onboarding and ongoing account support

✓ Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations or concerns
