Key Account Manager

Must be graduated and should have 1year experience in e-commerce background or must be MBA post graduated with all semester clear.
MBA fresher are haired.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Build relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients 

• Identify opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and upsell and cross-sell to existing clients 

• Negotiate: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients 

• Resolve issues: Resolve customer issues and complaints 

• Analyze data: Analyze customer data and market trends to improve client relationships and business performance 

• Create strategies: Develop and execute strategies to meet client needs and company goals 

• Collaborate: Work with internal departments to meet client needs 

• Communicate: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients 

• Report: Create reports for management on client relationships and performance
