Qualification:
Any Graduate (10+2+3) with a minimum of 1 year of experience, or
MBA Fresher
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory
Versant Level: 4
Work Details:
Working Days: 6 days a week
Shift Timing: Rotational (between 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM – any 9-hour shift)
Weekly Off: 1 rotational off
Work Mode: Work from Office
Manage and maintain strong relationships with sellers and vendors.
Act as a single point of contact between the sellers and internal teams.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, stock levels, and pricing to drive revenue growth.
Coordinate with internal teams for product listing, cataloging, promotions, and inventory management.
Ensure timely resolution of seller queries and operational issues.
Review and share performance reports and insights with sellers to improve business outcomes.
Support in planning and executing sales campaigns, discounts, and offers.
Maintain accurate and updated data related to seller performance and transactions.
Demonstrate strong analytical and mathematical skills during daily operations.
Deliver excellent customer and client satisfaction through effective communication and coordination.
