We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager to join our team at Sudarsh logistics pvt .ltd . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing strategic customer accounts, building long-term client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent relationship management, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage key customer accounts and build long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development within existing accounts.
Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, handling customer queries, issue resolution, and ensuring seamless order and service coordination.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery of products/services.
Prepare and present business reviews, sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with relevant GST, IT, TDS, and audit requirements related to customer transactions and documentation.
The minimum qualification for this role is B.com and Masters and 1 to 6+ years Experience can apply. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
