Job Description

Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Pitch products/services and convert leads into sales.
Conduct cold calling and follow up with prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
Maintain sales records and update CRM regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Any Graduate (10+2+3) with a minimum of 1 year of experience OR MBA Fresher.
Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi.
Versant Level: 4.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Computer knowledge and cold-calling experience are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

For MBA Freshers

CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Take-Home Salary: ₹20,000 per month

For Experienced Candidates

CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Take-Home Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Apprenticeship Stipend

Freshers: ₹22,500 per month
Experienced: ₹27,000 per month

Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
Shift Timings: Rotational Shift between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM (9-hour shift)
