Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Key Account Sales Manager to spearhead corporate sales . The role requires fostering and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their communication needs, and offering tailored postpaid solutions. An ideal candidate should have a solid background in sales, a deep understanding of telecom products, and the ability to effectively manage key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.

  • Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions that align with their needs.

  • Expand business with existing clients by consistently offering value-added services.

  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams.

  • Address and resolve client concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.

  • Drive new sales opportunities and convert them into long-term business relationships.

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts using key account metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships.

  • Experience in sales and a customer-centric approach to providing solutions.

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

  • Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass (Sales or related field preferred).

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: ₹21,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on interview performance).

  • Conveyance Allowance
