Job Description

Key Performance Indicators:1. Hunt and close Fintech, Banks and such accounts for the Prepaid and Debit card issuance business or any payment product of PayCraft.2. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with major accounts in the payment processing industry.3. Manage and oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing of deals.4. Deliver presentations, system demos and proposals to prospective clients with clarity and effectiveness.5. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve client requirements and deliver solutions tailored to client needs.6. Ensure client satisfaction through continuous performance evaluation and service improvement strategies.7. Meet and exceed performance targets related to revenue growth, timely collections from clients.8. Account management, and client satisfaction.9. Regularly travel to client locations to ensure direct engagement and service delivery.10. Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to develop effective counterstrategies.
