Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in outbound calling, New client generation, customer relationship management, and retention strategies in a B2B environment. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to potential and existing B2B customers.

 Effectively pitch products/services and convert leads into clients.

 Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

 Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term retention.

 Follow up on leads through internal databases.

 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.

 Meet or exceed targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

 Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, preferably in a B2B environment.

 Proven track record in customer handling and retention.

 Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.

 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

 Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.

 Must have a personal laptop to perform daily work efficiently.
