Key Accounts Manager– HORECA and Institutional Sales
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Institutions and HORECA. The Sales Manager/Senior Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing institutional and HORECA accounts, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the growth of the company's sales revenue.
•Job Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for the sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals and ensuring successful onboarding
•Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
•Analyze market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
•Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with clients by delivering value and fostering collaboration.
•Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and prompt resolution of any concerns.
•Actively solicit feedback to improve the client experience and identify opportunities for upselling or cross- selling.
•Contribute insights and feedback to enhance product offerings and address market demands.
•Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using the CRM system.
