Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management: Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of our Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts, ensuring high performance and compliance with platform guidelines.
2. Product Listing Optimization: Create, edit, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, and images to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
3. Brand Authorization: Ensure that the brand is properly registered and protected on both platforms, monitor and prevent unauthorized sellers, and maintain brand integrity.
4. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the supply chain, and implement strategies to prevent stock outs or overstocking.
5. Pricing Strategy: Develop and execute competitive pricing strategies that balance profitability with market competitiveness.
6. Advertising & Promotions: Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns, deals, and promotions to drive traffic and increase sales on Amazon and Flipkart.
7. Keyword Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research and integrate relevant keywords into product listings and advertising campaigns.
8. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, manage product reviews and feedback, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
9. Analytics & Reporting: Analyze sales data, generate performance reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and improve KPIs.
10. Competitor Analysis: Regularly monitor competitors' activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
2+ Year Proven experience as an E-Commerce Account Manager, with a focus on Skin Care Category.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other e-commerce management tools.
Expertise in product listing optimization, keyword research, and PPC campaign management.
Experience in brand registry and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with additional e-commerce platforms (Shopify).
Familiarity with A+ Content, Enhanced Brand Content, and Storefront creation.
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
