We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Account Management Executive to manage client relationships, ensure smooth RFQ-to-order conversion, and drive revenue growth. The role involves working closely with buyers and vendors while ensuring excellent service delivery.Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Understand client requirements and ensure timely fulfilment
RFQ Management & Conversion
Handle RFQs (Request for Quotations) end-to-end
Coordinate with vendors to obtain competitive quotations
Drive RFQ-to-order conversion and revenue generation
Vendor Coordination
Work closely with vendors for pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
Ensure quality and compliance from vendors
Assist in onboarding new vendors when required
Operations & Execution
Track orders, shipments, and delivery status
Resolve client/vendor issues efficiently
Maintain accurate data and reports on CRM/tools
Business Growth
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Contribute to revenue targets and account expansion
Support strategic initiatives for customer retention
Key Skills & Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and problem-solving ability
Basic understanding of procurement / supply chain (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Self-driven and result-oriented mindset
Eligibility
Executive: 0–2 years of experience in sales, procurement, or account management

Vendor turnaround time
