Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to support the finance team in managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and contributing to overall financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a good grasp of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

·        Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.

·        Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses accurately and timely.

·        Reconcile bank statements and monitor company accounts.

·        Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

·        Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and information.

·        Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

·        Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

·        Assist in payroll processing and tax filings (if applicable).

·        Use accounting software to maintain financial data (e.g., Tally, ǪuickBooks, SAP, Zoho Books).

·        Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing or payment issues.

Key Skills G Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

·        1–3+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role.

·        Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

·        Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, ǪuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, etc.).

·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·        Excellent organizational and time management skills.

·        Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
