Key Account Executive
Job Summary
The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing relationships with the company's most strategic and high-value clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and relationship management, with a strong ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions. This role is a critical link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring mutual success and long-term partnership.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of key accounts.
· Act as the main point of contact for all client matters, anticipating their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
· Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
· Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize business growth and client value.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favourable terms for both the client and the company.
· Collaborate with internal teams (operations, supply, marketing, finance and tech) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
· Prepare and present regular reports on account progress and performance metrics.
Qualifications and Experience
· A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, key account management or a related field.
· Proven experience in managing and growing a portfolio of clients.
· Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills
· Proficiency with CRM software and a solid understanding of sales processes.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Graduate.
