About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our B2B sales team in the solar industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales of our solar products and solutions across Kolkata and nearby states. This role requires frequent travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new B2B leads within the solar industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings and technical discussions to promote solar solutions.
• Regularly report sales activities and market intelligence to management.
• Stay updated on solar industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
• 0–3 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in solar/renewable energy/electrical industry will be an added advantage).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel frequently across West Bengal and nearby states for client meetings
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in the solar industry.
