· Lead Generation & Outreach
o Identify SMB prospects across industries (retail, education, healthcare, services).
o Run cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns (with AI Sales Agents support).
· Sales Support
o Qualify inbound leads and set up demos for Sales Managers.
o Prepare sales decks, case studies, and assist in proposal drafting.
· Customer Engagement
o Join client meetings, take notes, and follow up with prospects.
o Build relationships with SMB decision-makers (owners, managers, IT heads).
· Pipeline Management
o Maintain accurate CRM records and update dashboards.
o Track progress of AI Agent adoption pilots and subscriptions.
· Market Research
o Gather insights on SMB adoption trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
· 1–3 years of experience in inside sales / business development (preferably tech or SaaS).
· Strong communication and presentation skills (English + Hindi).
· Curiosity about AI, automation, and SMB digital transformation.
· Comfort with outreach tools (CRM, LinkedIn, email automation).
· Self-motivated, eager to learn, target-oriented.
· Prior exposure to EdTech, SaaS, or AI/automation sales is a plus.
· Quick learner, willing to grow into full-cycle sales.
· Team player with a “startup mindset” — adaptable, resourceful, and resilient.
