Jewellery Salesman

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining jewellery products, handling sales enquiries and helping achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend customers and understand their jewellery requirements.

• Explain product designs, pricing, offers and product features.

• Recommend suitable rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, mangalsutras and other jewellery products.

• Convert customer enquiries into successful sales.

• Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram and other communication channels.

• Follow up with interested customers and previous leads.

• Maintain good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

• Assist customers with online and offline orders.

• Coordinate with the team regarding product availability and stock.

• Maintain basic daily sales and customer enquiry records.

• Work towards achieving individual and store/company sales targets.

• Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable speaking with customers in Hindi and Gujarati. Basic English communication preferred.

• Strong interest in jewellery, fashion and customer service.

• Sales experience in jewellery, fashion, retail or a related field will be preferred.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Target-oriented and responsible towards assigned work.

Preferred Candidate

• Previous jewellery or retail sales experience.

• Good understanding of customer needs and buying behaviour.

• Ability to build customer relationships and close sales.

• Presentable, confident and professional personality.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 4 years of experience.
