Jewellery Salesman

Key Responsibilities

1. Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements, preferences, and budgets.

2. Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery designs and products.

3. Explain jewellery designs, product features, quality, pricing, and other relevant details.

4. Handle counter sales and provide excellent customer service.

5. Maintain the proper handling, display, and safekeeping of jewellery.

6. Support billing, order processing, sales documentation, and customer follow-ups.

7. Maintain accurate sales records and follow showroom procedures.

8. Build long-term customer relationships through professional and courteous service.

9. Ensure attractive product displays and a neat, organised showroom.

10. Maintain honesty, integrity, punctuality, and discipline while handling valuable products.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in jewellery showroom sales is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of jewellery products, designs, and retail sales practices.

• Excellent customer-handling and communication skills.

• Trustworthy, sincere, dedicated, and customer-oriented.

• Pleasant personality with a professional approach to sales.

• Good numerical ability and attention to detail.

• Candidates residing in Pune City and nearby localities only.

• Willingness to join immediately and build a long-term association with the organisation.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
