The ideal candidate should have 1–5 years of experience in sales with lead generation and performance marketing, preferably in IT, digital solutions, or B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and have the capability to achieve monthly targets.

Generate and convert leads through various sales channels.

Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
