About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic IT Sales Trainee to join our Staff Augmentation team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in IT sales and resource/staff augmentation services. You will be trained and guided by experienced professionals to understand client requirements, IT workforce needs, and end-to-end sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and understand the IT staff augmentation business model, service offerings, and target market.
Assist senior sales team members in lead generation, client outreach, and business development activities.
Work on identifying prospective clients, gathering their requirements, and aligning suitable IT talent for their needs.
Maintain and update client databases, sales trackers, and reports.
Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and client communication.
Collaborate with recruiters to understand resource availability and match it with client requirements.
Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support.
Continuously learn about market trends, IT technologies, and competitor activities.
Skills & Competencies:

Basic knowledge of IT technologies and IT staffing concepts.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
